Our support extends throughout the interviewing process to client and candidate interview debriefing, as well as providing counsel to ensure best fit.

Once selecting the preferred candidate, we perform all recommendations, reference checks and calls to further assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses, and to provide external views of the potential hire. We will advise you in preparing and negotiating an offer. Once finalized and accepted we maintain close contact with the new hire during their notice period and through their start date to facilitate a seamless transition.

After placement, we will check in periodically with the hiring manager, Human Resources and your newly hired leader to ensure both parties are satisfied and that their expectations have been met throughout our guarantee period.
